Knoxville, Tenn., April 5 - MVB Financial Corp. completed an $8.65 million private placement of stock since Jan. 22, according to an 8-K filed Friday with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The company sold 360,464 common shares at $24.00 per share. The price per share is a 2.04% discount to the April 4 closing share price of $24.50.
Based in Fairmont, Va., MVB is a bank holding company.
