Knoxville, Tenn., Dec. 20 - MVB Financial Corp. completed a $7.36 million private placement of stock on Dec. 16, according to an 8-K filed Friday with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The company sold 230,032 common shares at $32.00 per share. The price per share is a 4.48% discount to the Dec. 13 closing share price of $33.50.
Based in Fairmont, Va., MVB is a bank holding company.
