Knoxville, Tenn., March 11 - MVB Financial Corp. completed a private placement of stock, according to an 8-K filed Friday with the Securities and Exchange Commission. The $8.26 million deal settled Jan. 31.
The company sold 393,305 common shares at $21.00 apiece.
Based in Fairmont, Va., MVB is a bank holding company.
