Muzinich Credit Opportunities Fund adds manager Michael McEachern

San Diego, Jan. 24 - Muzinich & Co. said in a 497 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission that it has added Michael L. McEachern to the portfolio management team of the Muzinich Credit Opportunities Fund, effective immediately.

McEachern joins existing portfolio managers Clinton J. Comeaux and Bryan Petermann in managing the fund's portfolio.

The fund seeks primarily to provide high-yield income and capital appreciation by investing at least 80% of its net assets in below-investment-grade corporate bonds, bank loans and bank-loan participations, including floating-rate loans.

New York-based Muzinich & Co., Inc. is the investment adviser to the fund.
