Muzak unsecured creditors committee named

Pittsburgh, Feb. 23 - Muzak Holdings LLC's official committee of unsecured creditors has been appointed by Region 3 U.S. trustee Roberta A. DeAngelis, according to a Monday filing with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.

The committee members are Cynthia Woodward of U.S. Bank NA, St. Paul, Minn.; James R. Lewis of Wells Fargo Bank, NA, New York; Sandra E. Horwitz of Corporate Trust and Loan Agency, New York; Robert G. Burns of Monarch Alternative Capital LP, New York; Dennis F. McCafferty of MFC Global Investment Management (U.S.) LLC, Boston; Bronwen Mary DuKate of Panama City Beach, Fla.; and Brett Kitei of Dish Network LLC, Englewood, Colo.

Muzak, a Fort Mill, S.C.-based recorded music company, filed for bankruptcy on Feb. 10. Its Chapter 11 case number is 09-10422.
