Musicland unsecured creditors committee named

Pittsburgh, Jan. 20 - Musicland Holding Corp.'s U.S. Trustee appointed the official committee of unsecured creditors for the company's Chapter 11 case, according to a Friday filing with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York.
The committee includes: Curtis Roberts of Deluxe Media Services, Inc., Vernon Hills, Ill.; Ryan F. Urness of Navarre Corp., New Hope, Minn.; John Roussey of Universal Studios Home Entertainment LLC, Universal City, Calif.; William P. Clark of Ventura Distribution, Inc., Thousand Oaks, Calif.
Also, Mark Van Vleet of Fender Musical Instruments Corp., Scottsdale, Ariz.; Norma Cash of Electronics Arts, Redwood City, Calif., and Ronald M. Tucker of Simon Property Group, LP, Indianapolis.
Musicland, a Minnetonka, Minn., specialty retailer of pre-recorded entertainment software products, filed for bankruptcy on Jan. 12. Its Chapter 11 case number is 06-10064.
