Moody's: Multiplan unchanged

Moody's Investors Service said that Multiplan Inc.'s B2 corporate family rating is unchanged after the company entered into an agreement to be acquired by private equity firms BC Partners Ltd. and Silver Lake Partners LP. Multiplan is currently owned by private equity firms Carlyle Group and Welsh Carson Anderson & Stowe.
