Pittsburgh, Dec. 4 - Multicanal SA's board of directors has called a special meeting of the holders of the company's fixed-rate notes due 2013 to vote on changes to limitation on capital expenditures included in the notes indenture, according to a news release.

The noteholders' meeting will be held on Dec. 21.

Specifically, the noteholders will vote whether to increase the amount of annual capital expenditures allowed under the terms of the indenture.
