Moody’s ups Multi Packaging to positive

Moody's Investors Service said it affirmed the B2 corporate family rating and B2-PD probability of default rating of Multi Packaging Solutions Ltd. and revised outlook to positive from negative on expectations that the company will use the majority of the proceeds from its initial public offering to reduce debt and further improve credit metrics.

The agency also affirmed B1 senior secured credit facilities rating and Caa1 senior unsecured notes rating.
