Knoxville, Tenn., Oct. 9 - Aquiline Resources Inc. said it will take in C$10 million in a non-brokered private placement of units.
The company will sell 4 million units of one common share and one warrant at C$2.50 apiece. The warrants are exercisable at C$3.00 for five years.
Proceeds will be used for exploration and development.
Toronto-based Aquiline is a gold and silver exploration and development company.
