Five Mile Capital appeals MSR Resort Golf Course bid procedures order

Pittsburgh, Nov. 21 - Five Mile Capital Partners LLC and some of its affiliated and managed funds have appealed the supplemental order approving MSR Resort Golf Course LLC bid procedures, according to a Tuesday filing with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York.

The supplemental order was entered on Nov. 7.

New York-based MSR Resort owns and operates five resorts. The company filed for bankruptcy on Feb. 1, 2011. The Chapter 11 case number is 11-10372.
