Chicago, Sept. 5 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $918,000 of 0% capped buffered enhanced participation equity notes due April 14, 2021 linked to the MSCI EAFE index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
The payout at maturity will be par plus 1.5 times the index return if the final index level is above its initial level, subject to a maximum payout of $1,218.25 per $1,000 of notes.
If the index decreases, but no more than 12.5%, the payout will be par.
Otherwise, investors will lose 1.1429% per 1% decrease in the index beyond the 12.5% buffer.
