Columbus, Ohio, Aug. 13 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $1.52 million of 0% capped buffered enhanced participation equity notes due March 10, 2020 linked to the MSCI EAFE index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
If the index return is positive, the payout at maturity will be par plus 1.5 times the index gain, subject to a maximum payout of $1,230.25 per $1,000 of notes. Investors will receive par if the index falls by 10% or less and will lose 1.1111% for each 1% that it declines beyond 10%.
