New Issue: JPMorgan sells $3.08 million digital equity notes on MSCI EAFE index

Columbus, Ohio, May 26 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $3.08 million of 0% digital equity notes due Oct. 19, 2022 linked to the MSCI EAFE index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the index finishes at or above 90% of its initial index level, the payout at maturity will be the threshold settlement amount of $1,079 for each $1,000 of notes.
Otherwise, investors will lose 1.1111% for each 1% decline in the index beyond 10%.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
