Los Angeles, Feb. 5 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $28.18 million of 0% capped enhanced participation equity notes due May 11, 2022 linked to the MSCI EAFE index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
The payout at maturity will be par plus 3 times any index gain, capped at par plus 19.65%.
Investors will be fully exposed to any index decline.
