Prospect News reports three new defaults for week of Oct. 9 to Oct. 15

Pittsburgh, Oct. 17 – Prospect News reported three new defaults for the period of Oct. 9 through Oct. 15.

Specifically, Prospect News reported a missed payment by Mriya Agro Holding Public Ltd., London Mining plc’s administration and ALCO Stores, Inc.’s Chapter 11 bankruptcy filing.

Prospect News also reported a Chapter 11 bankruptcy filing made by Endeavour International Corp. However, Endeavour previously defaulted in connection with a Sept. 2 missed interest payment.

Prospect News has reported 110 defaults so far for 2014, including 57 Chapter 11 bankruptcy filings, 10 missed interest payments, eight Chapter 15 bankruptcy filings, four controlled management requests, three each of Companies’ Creditors Arrangement Act filings, administrations, missed payments and missed principal and interest payments, two each of concurso mercantil filings, insolvencies, missed principal payments and restructurings and one each of bankruptcy filings, bankruptcy administrations, defaults, judicial recovery requests, Chapter 7 bankruptcy filings, missed interest payments paid within the grace period, reconstructions, reorganizations, distressed exchanges, curatorships and liquidations.
