Mriya Agro announces establishment of informal noteholder committee

New York, Aug. 25 – Mriya Agro Holding Public Ltd. said that noteholders holding more than 50% of the outstanding principle notes and about 15% of the outstanding principle notes due 2016 have formed an informal committee to represent noteholder interests, according to a Friday news release from the company.

Appointed as legal advisers for the committee are Cadwalader Wickersham & Taft LLP and Ilyashev & Partners.

Mriya Agro is an agricultural business based in the Ternopil region of Ukraine.
