M-Real buys €42 million in floaters

Knoxville, Tenn., March 12 - M-real Corp. said it repurchased €42 million of its €400 million in senior floating-rate notes due Dec. 15, 2010 in the open market.

The notes will be canceled.

M-Real is an Espoo, Finland-based supplier of paper, paperboard and related services for consumer packaging, as well as communications and advertising end users.
