Movie Gallery to pay in kind interest on second-lien loan

New York, Aug. 22 - Movie Gallery Inc. has decided to pay in kind 100% of the interest on the entire principal amount of its second-lien loan starting with the next interest period, according to an 8-K filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission Wednesday.

CapitalSource is the administrative agent on the deal.

Movie Gallery is a Dothan, Ala.-based video rental company.
