Movie Gallery unsecured creditors committee appointed

Pittsburgh, Oct. 18 - Movie Gallery, Inc.'s U.S. Trustee appointed the official committee of unsecured creditors for the company's Chapter 11 case, according to a Thursday filing with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Virginia.

The committee includes Andi Marygold of Paramount Home Entertainment, Hollywood, Calif.; Laura L. Moran of indenture trustee U.S. Bank NA; Craig B. Young of The Inland Real Estate Group of Cos., Inc., Washington, D.C.; William Kaye of Coca-Cola Enterprises Bottling Cos., East Rockaway, N.Y.; Robert N. Graham of Southern Development of Mississippi; Al Leonard of Twentieth Century Fox Home Entertainment, Los Angeles; and Gary Bush of The Bank of New York Trust Co., NA.

Movie Gallery, a Dothan, Ala.-based video rental company, filed for bankruptcy on Oct. 16. Its Chapter 11 case number is 07-33849.
