Motorsport Aftermarket Group five-member creditors committee chosen

Pittsburgh, Nov. 29 – Motorsport Aftermarket Group, Inc.’s official committee of unsecured creditors was appointed Wednesday by acting Region 3 U.S. trustee Andrew R. Vara, according to a notice filed with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.

The committee members are Ron Woods of Sumitomo Rubber North America Inc. of Rancho Cucamonga, Calif.; Stephanie Dattilo of Pirelli Tire, LLC, based in New York; P. Jeffrey Pizzola of American Kenda Rubber Ind. Co. of Reynoldsburg, Ohio; Diana Schelin of Calloway Golf, based in Carlsbad, Calif.; and Francisca Bullock of Camso Inc. of Magog, Quebec.

Motorsport Aftermarket is a Coppell, Texas-based independent manufacturer and distributor of branded aftermarket products and online retailer for the powersports industry. The company filed bankruptcy on Nov. 15 under Chapter 11 case number 17-12442.
