Motor Coach creditors committee appeals plan confirmation ruling

Pittsburgh, Feb. 3 - Motor Coach Industries International, Inc.'s official committee of unsecured creditors has appealed the court order confirming the company's plan of reorganization, according to a Monday filing with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.

As previously reported, the plan was confirmed on Jan. 30.

Motor Coach Industries, a Schaumburg, Ill.-based designer, manufacturer and marketer of inter-city coaches and related replacement parts for the North American market, filed for bankruptcy on Sept. 15. Its Chapter 11 case number is 08-12136.
