Mosaic Managed Futures changes fund, adviser names to Makefield

San Diego, Oct. 21 - Mosaic Managed Futures Strategy Fund, class A and class C, announced that its board of trustees has approved changes to the name of the fund and the adviser, according to a 497 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Effective Nov. 1, the name of the fund will be Makefield Managed Futures Strategy Fund.
In addition, the name of the adviser will now be Makefield Capital Management, LLC. Previously it was Mosaic Capital Management, LLC.
Mosaic is based in Omaha.
