Mosaic files automatic shelf registration covering debt securities

Knoxville, Tenn., Oct. 12 - Mosaic Co. filed a debt securities automatic shelf registration in an S-3 ASR filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The company will describe in a prospectus supplement how it plans to use the proceeds.

Mosaic is a Plymouth, Minn., producer and marketer of concentrated phosphate and potash crop nutrients.
