Morrison Cohen hires Moskowitz as partner in corporate department

Chicago, Sept. 16 – Morrison Cohen LLP has added Eric I. Moskowitz as a partner in the firm’s corporate department. Moskowitz has broad experience in private and public mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, securities offerings, restructurings and other complex corporate transactions and governance matters, according to a Sept. 16 press release.

Morrison Cohen said Moskowitz is a frequent adviser on equity financings and recapitalizations and has significant experience representing funds and public companies in PIPE transactions and Rule 144A offerings.

With Morrison Cohen, Moskowitz will represent clients in a wide range of businesses, including companies in the media, real estate, technology, finance, hospitality, retail and pharmaceutical industries, Morrison Cohen chairman David Scherl said in the release.
