Morgan Stanley's 7.125% preferreds admitted to begin trading on NYSE

Minneapolis, Oct. 2 - Morgan Stanley & Co. Inc.'s 7.125% series E fixed-to-floating rate noncumulative preferred stock have been admitted to trading on the New York Stock Exchange, according to a notice.

The notes trade under the symbol "MS PRE."

The company priced $750 million of the preferreds on Sept. 24. The amount was upsized from $250 million.

Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC is the bookrunner.

As reported, proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes.
