New Issue: Morgan Stanley prices $6.34 million 0% notes linked to Dividend Index, S&P 500
New York, July 27 - Morgan Stanley priced $6.34 million 0% three-year notes linked to the iShares Dow Jones Select Dividend Index Fund and the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B3 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
At maturity, investors will receive par plus the amount by which the Dividend Index Fund outperforms the S&P 500. If the S&P 500 is the top performer, the notes will pay par.
Morgan Stanley was underwriter.
