New Issue: Morgan Stanley prices $12 million 0.5% notes linked to S&P 500

New York, June 27 - Morgan Stanley priced $12 million 0.5% six-year capital-protected notes linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B3 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

At maturity, investors receive par plus the gain on the index from its initial value, averaged over six annual recording dates.

Morgan Stanley was underwriter.
