New Issue: Morgan Stanley prices $2.07 million PLUS linked to iShares MSCI EAFE

Tacoma, Wash., Feb. 11 - Morgan Stanley priced $2.07 million of 0% Performance Leveraged Upside Securities due March 17, 2011 linked to the iShares MSCI EAFE index fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The payout at maturity will be par of $10 plus triple any increase in the exchange-traded fund's share price, subject to a maximum return of 19.5%. Investors will be exposed to any decline in the share price.
