Morgan Lewis hires Crider as partner, specializes in retail ABL

By Sarah Lizee

Olympia, Wash., Aug. 3 – Morgan Lewis announced that finance lawyer Marjorie Crider has joined the firm as a partner in Boston, according to a press release.

Crider joins Morgan Lewis from Riemer & Braunstein LLP.

She represents major financial institutions and other commercial lenders in a broad range of commercial finance transactions and has an extensive background in asset-based lending (ABL) transactions, with a special emphasis on lending in the retail industry.

“Our broad-based finance practice has a very strong presence in the ABL area generally and, more specifically, in the retail finance space. Marjorie’s addition deepens our resources and our commitment to this important practice,” said Jonathan Bernstein, who leads Morgan Lewis’s finance practice.

Morgan Lewis is a global firm specializing in comprehensive litigation, corporate, finance, restructuring, employment and benefits, and intellectual property services.
