Moog to redeem 5¼% notes due 2022, repay bank loans via new notes

Los Angeles, Dec. 5 – Moog Inc. said it plans to redeem its $300 million of outstanding 5¼% senior notes due 2022 and repay a portion of the outstanding borrowings under its senior bank credit facility using proceeds from an offering of new notes.

Moog announced on Thursday that it plans to issue $400 million of senior notes due 2027.

The aerospace and defense company is based in East Aurora, N.Y.
