Moog to price $120 million 10-year senior subordinated notes this week via Banc of America

St. Louis, Jan. 3 - Moog Inc. plans to sell $120 million of 10-year senior subordinated notes (Ba3) on Wednesday or Thursday after marketing the offering via an internet roadshow, according to an informed source.

Banc of America Securities LLC is running the books for the registered offering of notes that will mature in 2015.

Proceeds will be used to repay bank debt.

The company, which is based in East Aurora, N.Y., designs, manufactures and integrates precision control components and systems used in military and commercial aircraft, satellites and space vehicles, launch vehicles, missiles, automated industrial machinery and medical equipment.
