Monroe Capital prices $56.2 million public offering of stock at $14.05

Robert W. Baird, William Blair and RBC Capital Markets are bookrunners

Knoxville, Tenn., July 17 - Monroe Capital Corp. said it priced a $56.2 million public offering of stock with an $8.43 million greenshoe.

The company will sell 4 million common shares at $14.05 per share. The price per share is identical to the July 16 closing share price.

Robert W. Baird & Co. Inc., William Blair & Co., LLC and RBC Capital Markets, LLC are the joint bookrunning managers.

Settlement is expected on July 22.

Proceeds will be used to repay debt, invest in portfolio companies and for general corporation purposes.

The investment firm is based in Chicago.
