Monitronics $200 million seven-year notes talked at 10¾%-11%, pricing Wednesday

St. Louis, Aug. 11 - Price talk of 10¾%-11% emerged Monday on Monitronics International Inc.'s upcoming offering of $200 million of seven-year non-call-four senior subordinated notes (B3/B-), according to an informed source.

The deal is expected to price Wednesday, the source added.

Banc of America Securities is bookrunner on the Rule 144A deal. Fleet Securities is co-manager.

The company is also obtaining a $325 million credit facility.

Proceeds will be used to repay bank debt.

The company is a Dallas-based provider of monitored security alarm systems.
