Monitronics coming with $200 million notes via Banc of America

By Paul A. Harris

St. Louis, July 25 - Monitronics International Inc. will bring an offering of $200 million senior subordinated notes to the high-yield market, according to a capital markets source.

The source did not have timing on the deal.

Banc of America Securities will run the books and Fleet Securities will be a co-manager, the source added.

The Dallas-based monitored security alarms systems provider is also obtaining a $325 million credit facility.

Proceeds will be used to refinance debt.
