Monitronics International to pay down existing credit facilities

Concord, N.H., Oct. 7 – Monitronics International, Inc., which does business as Brinks Home, plans to pay off its existing credit facilities using proceeds of a new notes issue and new credit facilities, according to a company news release.

The home security and alarm monitoring services provider is based in Dallas.
