Monier talks €250 million seven-year notes to yield 10¼%-10½%

Portland, Ore., May 3 - Germany's Monier Group talked a €250 million offering of seven-year senior secured notes (B2//B+) to yield 10¼% to 10½%, a market source said on Thursday.
The books close at 8 a.m. ET on Friday.
JPMorgan, Deutsche Bank AG and Morgan Stanley are the bookrunners.
The Rule 144A for life notes come with three years of call protection.
The Frankfurt, Germany-based supplier of roofing products and services plans to use the proceeds to refinance bank debt.
