AptarGroup to sell fixed-rate senior notes via five bookrunners

Knoxville, Tenn., March 2 – AptarGroup, Inc. intends to offer fixed-rate senior notes, according to a 424B5 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes have a make-whole call and then a par call.

BofA Securities Inc., HSBC Securities (USA) Inc., J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, Wells Fargo Securities LLC and SG Americas Securities LLC are the bookrunners.

Proceeds will be used to repay borrowings under the company’s revolving credit facility and for general corporate purposes, which may include the repayment of other near term debt maturities.

The trustee is U.S. Bank Trust Co., NA.

Sidley Austin LLP is providing legal counsel to the issuer. Counsel for the underwriters is provided by Mayer Brown LLP.

Aptar is a Crystal Lake, Ill.-based supplier of dispensing systems for the fragrance/cosmetic, personal care, pharmaceutical, household and food/beverage markets.
