Mondelez terminates $2 billion revolver signed in April

Buffalo, N.Y., Oct. 18 – Mondelez International, Inc. terminated the $2 billion revolving credit agreement entered April 6, 2023 with Mizuho Bank, Ltd. as administrative agent, according to an 8-K filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
As previously reported at signing, the agreement was expected to terminate on Dec. 29.
Mondelez, formerly Kraft Foods Inc., is a snack company based in Chicago.
