Monaco Coach creditors committee appointed

Pittsburgh, March 23 - Monaco Coach Corp.'s official committee of unsecured creditors was appointed Friday by Region 3 U.S. trustee Roberta A. DeAngelis, according to a filing with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.

The committee members are Randall R. Lay of Lazy Days RV Center, Inc. of Seffner, Fla.; Paul Malone of Onan Corp. of Columbus, Ind.; Kevin Slabaugh of Hardwoods Specialty Products, based in Renton, Va.; Bill Connelly of Villa International of Cerritos, Calif.; David L. Miller of Horizon Transport, based in Wakarusa, Ind.; Timothy C. Stephens of Atwood Mobile Products LLC of Elkhart, Ind.; and Jim Montague of Lippert Components of Goshen, Ind.

Monaco Coach, a Coburg, Ore.-based designer, manufacturer and seller of motor coaches and towable recreational vehicles, filed for bankruptcy on March 5. Its Chapter 11 case number is 09-10750.
