Apria gets $280 million credit facility

New York, June 19 - Apria Healthcare Group Inc. closed on a new $280 million credit facility, according to a news release.

Bank of America, Wachovia and Barclays Capital acted as the lead banks on the deal.

Proceeds will be used to fund potential repurchases of the company's 3.375% convertible senior notes due 2033 and to pay certain related tax liabilities.

Apria is a Lake Forest, Calif., home health care services company.
