Apria Healthcare talks $265 million 10-year notes at 8%-8¼%

St. Louis, Nov. 7 - Apria Healthcare Group Inc. set price talk for its $265 million offering of 10-year senior subordinated notes (B1/BB-) at 8% to 8¼% on Wednesday, according to an informed source.

The deal is set to price on Friday.

Goldman Sachs & Co. and Banc of America Securities LLC are joint bookrunners for the Rule 144A and Regulation S with registration rights notes.

The notes come with five years of call protection.

Proceeds will be used to pay for acquisition costs.

Apria is a Lake Forest, Calif., home health care services provider.
