Noonday buys shares of Moldflow

Charlotte, N.C., March 10 - Moldflow Corp. investors led by Noonday Asset Management, LP bought 57,247 shares of the company between Feb. 14 and March 7 priced from $15.74 to $17.06 each.

The transactions were reported in a schedule 13D filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The investors beneficially own 637,647 shares, or 5.3%, of the Framingham, Mass., computer software company.
