Deal sells 2,123,260 units of shares, five-year warrants at $0.25 each

Knoxville, Tenn., Feb. 4 - Mojo Data Solutions Inc. completed a $530,815 private placement of units on Jan. 31, according to an 8-K filed Tuesday with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The company sold 2,123,260 units of one common share and one warrant at $0.25 per unit on best-efforts basis.
Each warrant is exercisable at $0.50 for five years. The strike price is a 117.39% premium to $0.23, the Jan. 30 closing share price.
Joseph Spiteri purchased 600,000 units for $150,000 and Ralph M. Amato purchased 803,260 units for $200,815.
The retailer of premium loose-leaf teas is based in Dorado, Puerto Rico.
