Mohegan Tribal Gaming starts roadshow for $500 million offering of eight-year notes

Portland, Ore., Sept. 26 – Mohegan Tribal Gaming Authority began a roadshow on Monday for a $500 million offering of eight-year senior notes, according to a syndicate source.
The Rule 144A and Regulation S for life deal is set to price this week.
Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC, BofA Merrill Lynch, Citizens, SunTrust Robinson Humphrey Inc., Goldman Sachs & Co., CIT and KeyBank Capital Markets are the joint bookrunners.
The notes become callable after three years at par plus 75% of coupon and feature a 101% poison put.
The Uncasville, Conn.-based operator of gaming and entertainment enterprises plans to use the proceeds to refinance its entire capital structure.
