S&P rates Mohegan Tribal Gaming loan B-

Standard & Poor's said it assigned Mohegan Tribal Gaming Authority's proposed $715 million senior secured credit facilities a B- issue-level rating.

The credit facilities will consist of a $100 million revolving credit facility due 2018, $150 million term loan A due 2018 and $465 million term loan B due 2019.

All other ratings on the company, including the B- issuer credit rating, remain unchanged.

The issuer credit rating on the company reflects S&P's assessment of Mohegan Tribal Gaming's business risk profile as "weak" and its financial risk profile as "highly leveraged."
