Shamrock Activist Value Fund increases stake in Modine Manufacturing

Charlotte, N.C., May 16 - Modine Manufacturing Co. investors led by Shamrock Activist Value Fund, LP purchased 71,700 shares of the company's stock between April 24 and May 15, priced from $22.60 to $24.26 per share for a total of $1,692,025.

Shamrock Activist Value Fund beneficially owns 1,327,469 shares, or 4.04%, of the company's stock, according to an amended schedule 13D filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Its affiliate Shamrock Activist Value Fund GP, LLC owns 2,092,900 shares, or 6.37%, of the Racine, Wis., thermal products manufacturing company's outstanding stock.
