Mobilicity plan vote moved to July 10; board to consider alternatives

By Caroline Salls

Pittsburgh, July 3 - Data & Audio-Visual Enterprises Holdings Inc. and its affiliates (collectively, Mobilicity) said the company's recapitalization plan will be voted on by debtholders on July 10.

According to a news release, the vote was previously scheduled for July 3.

"The board has rescheduled the vote on the recapitalization plan to allow it to consider additional potential alternatives for the company and its stakeholders, including customers, dealers and employees," Mobilicity president and chief operating officer Stewart Lyons said in the release.

Mobilicity is a Toronto-based wireless carrier.
