MTS bringing $500 million notes via ING, CSFB

St. Louis, Sept. 26 - Russian wireless company Mobile TeleSystems (MTS) is coming to market with a $500 million notes offering (Ba3/B+), according to an emerging markets source.

ING and Credit Suisse First Boston will be underwriters.

The notes are expected to bear seven to 10 year maturities.
