Mobile Storage Group postpones $160 million note offering due to market conditions

St. Louis, Mo., July 23--Citing market conditions, Mobile Storage Group, Inc. postponed its offering of $160 million senior notes due 2009 (B2/B), a syndicate source told Prospect News.

Lehman Brothers and Credit Suisse First Boston were joint bookrunners. Price talk of 12½%-12¾% was heard on July 18.

The La Crescenta, Calif. portable storage provider intended to use the proceeds to repay debt
